Euleta Alston was named President of US&S in January 2018. She has nearly a decade of service and experience at the company, beginning her career as Assistant Program Manager for the company’s aerospace and procurement business unit, where she primarily focused on the unit’s market research, business development efforts, project administration and project management responsibilities. In 2010, Mrs. Alston became Manager of Business Development allowing her to broaden her knowledge base of the firm and began supporting all functional business lines of the company.

His previous work experience includes President of Legrand Electrical as well as 17 years in Carrier, a division of United Technologies Corporation, where he held marketing, operations and general management roles in France, Italy, UK and the United States.

Ricaye Harris joined Milliken & Company in 2005 and is currently the Talent Acquisition Team Lead focusing on attracting and hiring the best talent for Milliken & Company. She began her career as a Process Improvement Specialist at Milliken’s Gayley Manufacturing Plant. Following that role, she held various roles within Milliken’s HR team, ranging from HR Employment Manager, Change Management Coordinator, HR Generalist to her current role as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

After serving his country for 23 years as a U.S. Naval Officer and retiring in 2000 with the rank of Commander, Richard Hagins followed his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for service when founding US&S, Inc., previously Universal Supplies & Services, Inc., in 2003. US&S is a facility maintenance and support service provider specializing in operations and maintenance, repairs, renovation, janitorial, grounds maintenance and professional services. US&S, Inc. was accepted into the Savannah River Nuclear Site Mentor-Protégé Program in 2018.
